    Work under this contract comprises of the construction of a new
    detachment and site work on existing the site at the RCMP
    Detachment, Inuvik, NWT.  Work includes demolition of existing
    facilities on the site, which must remain operational at all
    times.  
    
    All bidders are notified there may be additional work added to
    the contract for the Outboard Garage Building at the RCMP
    Detachment, Inuvik, NWT. This work will only be included if a
    fair and reasonable price is obtained.
    
    Aboriginal Benefits Evaluation
    The Contractor has the ability to receive evaluation deductions
    through the provision of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement &
    Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement involvement in their
    proposal.  A reduction of up to 10% may be applied to the total
    assessed bid price based on the provision of proof that your
    organization or service provided meets the criteria stated in
    Aboriginal Benefits.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
    paper version.  Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
    consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
    directory structure.
    
    NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a site visit on May 9, 2014 at 9:30 AM. Interested
    bidders are to meet at the RCMP Detachment, 131 Veteran's Way,
    Inuvik, NWT.  
    
    The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the
    Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit.

    Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form.  
    
    This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
