Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Veterans   Affairs Canada is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision necessary for the provision of interior office fit up. The work includes alterations to new tenants suite and existing corridor.  Construction includes alterations to existing demising walls, interior corridor, new partitions, patch and repair of existing ceiling, new GWB ceiling, new flooring and furniture.  Public corridor extension to South West stair includes 1 hr rated demising wall and ceiling and finishes.  Mechanical and Electrical scope includes modifications and upgradesto existing systems to suit new layout, for Veterans Affairs Canada, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as detailed in the drawings and specifications and the Invitation to Tender Document.

Drawing and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1) contains the Drawing and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.

Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $ 500,000.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: 
There will be an optional Bidders’ site meeting on December 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. CST.  Site Visit attendees are to meet at the Veterans Affairs Canada Office, Commissionaires desk, Main Floor , 101 - 22nd Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
