Waterton Townsite Street works Upgrade - Phases A and B

Project # R.075721.001

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is to manage the street works
upgrades within the Waterton Townsite, Waterton Lakes National
Park, Alberta.

The work required under the phases A1, A2 and B includes:
removal and replacement of asphalt roadway, milling and
resurfacing of asphalt roadway, removal and replacement of
concrete sidewalks (including curb and gutter and wheelchair
ramps), water line demolition and replacement, sanitary sewer
line demolition and replacement (including manhole repair and
installation), and storm sewer line installation (including
catch basin and drain manhole installation).

The work will be phased as follows:
Phase A1 - Evergreen Ave south of Cameron Falls, Anemone Road,
Columbine A venue
Phase A2 - Waterton A venue
Phase B- Evergreen Avenue north of Cameron Falls, Fern Street,
Firgrove Street

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.

There will be an optional site visit on August 24, 2015 at 1:00
pm. Interested bidders are to meet at 3rd floor boardroom, Parks
Canada Operations Building, 100 Compound Road, Waterton Park,
Alberta.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.  Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Estimated Completion:  End of June, 2017

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in
English.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Drawings and Specificationts are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF).  Bidders should
note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and
Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files
organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
