Title: Building Site Rehabilitation

Location: Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site, Richmond, BC

Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises the first phase of the Landscape upgrades at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery, located at 12138 Fourth Avenue, Richmond, BC.

Site Visit:
There will be no site visit scheduled.

Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. For access to the tank deck please go front desk during open hours (10am-5pm).

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within fifteen (15) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between
$500,000 and $550,000.
