Title: Bldg A20 and Bldg K - Roof Replacements

**PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE OF SITE VISIT**

Work Description:
This Contract covers the following work atthe Mountain Institution, Agassiz, BC.
1. Roof replacement at the Building A20 (Powerhouse) & Building K (Kitchen). Includes removal and disposal of existing roofing material and installation of new roofingand related accessories.

Site Visit:
A site visit has been scheduled for February 20, 2017 at 1100 PST. The site visit will be at the Mountain Institution located at 4732 Cemetary Road, Agassiz, BC. Bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Trailer to signin for the site visit. Bidders are reminded to wear high visual vests to the site visit.

RCABC Warranty:
The Contractor must provide ten (10) year Province of BC (RCABC) Warranty Certificate of Assurance.

Completion Date:
Commence work immediately upon notification of acceptance of offer and complete the work within eight (8) weeks from the date of such notification.

Value ofProject:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $200,000.00 to $300,000.00.
