    Work Description: 
    The Work covers all labour, materials, equipment and services for the reconstruction of Wick Road from the Florencia Bay Access Road to the Wicaninnish Beach Access Road along with Kwisitis parking lot improvements. The Work includes, but is not limited to:
    -Staging of construction and traffic accommodation plan.
    -Reconstruction of roadways.
    -Parking lot improvements including paving.
    -Installation of culverts and headwalls.
    -Installation of sanitary sewer forcemains and water mains.
    -Coordination and communication with other Contractors and other agencies involved with Project, if applicable.
    -Management of the Environment
    
    Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement:
    This procurement is subject to the Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement.
    
    Site Visit: 
    There will be NO SCHEDULED SITE VISIT.  However, contractors are encouraged to view the site on their own.
    
    Delivery Date: 
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within thirty (30) weeks of Contract award.

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
    $3,750,000 to $4,250,000.
