Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: EZ899-172844/A Leung, Janie (PWY) Telephone No. - (604) 666-8228 Fax No. - (604) 775-6633 Email: Janie.Leung@pwgsc.gc.ca Title: Wick Road & Kwisitis Parking Lot Upgrade Location: Pacific Rim National Park, Tofino, BC Work Description: The Work covers all labour, materials, equipment and services for the reconstruction of Wick Road from the Florencia Bay Access Road to the Wicaninnish Beach Access Road along with Kwisitis parking lot improvements. The Work includes, but is not limited to: -Staging of construction and traffic accommodation plan. -Reconstruction of roadways. -Parking lot improvements including paving. -Installation of culverts and headwalls. -Installation of sanitary sewer forcemains and water mains. -Coordination and communication with other Contractors and other agencies involved with Project, if applicable. -Management of the Environment Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: This procurement is subject to the Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement. Site Visit: There will be NO SCHEDULED SITE VISIT. However, contractors are encouraged to view the site on their own. Delivery Date: The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within thirty (30) weeks of Contract award. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. This procurement office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
