    Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Vancouver will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.     Work Description:
    This requirement is for the redevelopment of the exterior building envelope to RCMP Buildings in New Aiyansh, B.C.
    
    Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following:
    *Exterior siding removal and replacement.
    *Gutters, Fascia, and Downspouts removal and replacement.
    *Soffit removal and replacement.
    *Removal and replacement of existing trims.
    *Painting of existing doors, windows, stairs, and handrails.
    *Repairing and making good existing damp-proofing.
    *Adding concrete faced insulation and drainage mats.
    *Hazmat abatement
    
    Site Visit: 
    There is no site visit scheduled for this solicitation.
    
    Delivery Date: 
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (35) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    Value of Project: 
    To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $100,001 to $500,000.
