Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
retain an individual
consulting firm or joint venture to provide professional
engineering services on behalf of
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for final design and
rehabilitation of Highfield Dam, Rush
Lake, Saskatchewan as more fully described in the Terms of
Reference (ToR).

The Prime Consultant will provide full design services for:
preparation of design; construction tender documents; contract
administration; cost, scheduling and project control; and
commissioning services.

This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
information, and at the same time, they must also submit their
cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that
information related to costs are not included with the technical
portion of the proposal.

Proponents shall be licensed, or eligible to be licensed,
certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary
professional services to the full extent that may be required by
provincial or territorial law in the province of Saskatchewan.

A site visit will be held on February 10, 2015 at 11:00 h.
Attendees must report to the AAFC Swift Current office, then
travel to the Highfield Dam site. Bidders who for any reason,
cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given
an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will
be made.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
