Work of this Contract comprises lighting and electrical upgrades for the St. Andres Lock and Dam, 625 River Road, Lockport, Manitoba, as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification.

Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project isestimated at a value between $500,001 > $1,000,000.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT. There will be an optional site visit on October 12, 2016 at 09:30 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the site office of the PWGSC Works Maintenance Yard compound, St. Andrews Lock & Dam, Lockport, Manitoba. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejectionof your bid.
