Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: McRuer, Dan Telephone No. - (204) 295-6634 Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 Email: dan.mcruer@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Emerson, Manitoba, Highway 75, Expansion and Redevelopment of the Emerson Port of Entry Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to, the following at the Emerson Port of Entry, Emerson, Manitoba: the construction of three new dedicated Canada-bound commercial traffic lanes including Primary Inspection Line (PIL) booths and canopy; expanding and renovating the existing commercial examination facility, expanding the existing tertiary inspection garage, replacement of a standard PIL booth with a new bi-level PIL booth; provision of security cameras and enhanced exterior lighting; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification. Valueof Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value over and above $5,000,001. TWO-ENVELOPE BID. This Bid shall be submitted following a two-envelope procedure. Refer to SI05 of the Special Instructions to Bidders. SECOND OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a second site visit on January 4, 2017 at 10:00 AM CST. Interested bidders are to meet at the Emerson Port of Entry Commercial Building. Interested bidders must sign in and provide photo identification. Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in thesubmitted bid. This procurementcontains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
