Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Regional Psychiatric Centre (RPC), Cell Ceiling Remediation

Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to, the following at the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan: general construction and the renovation for the inmate cells and dayrooms in the Assiniboine Unit, Mackenzie Unit, and the Lower and Upper Clearwater Units; demolition of existing furniture and the installation of owner supplied furniture; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification.

The Contractor is responsible for the application and costs associated with all building permits and associated permits.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be an optional site visit on October 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing dan.mcruer@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca on or before October 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) of their intent to attend the site visit. Full Legal name and company represented is required. If the contacting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at the Main Entrance, Regional Psychiatric Centre, 2520 Central Avenue North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. 

Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, the estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.
