    PARKS CANADA - MARINE PROPULSIVE SYSTEM
    
    
    Description :
    The requirement is to provide and install (replacement) two (2)
    new disel engines, model Volvo D6-330 or similar on an aluminum
    hull 36 feet boat owned by Parks Canada, including lower units
    (leg), transmissions, heat exchangers, propellers, control
    boxes, wiring, exhaust, power steering assemblies, oils,
    lubricants and other materials required for their installation
    and functioning. The work also includes the connection of the
    existing hydraulic system and the dismantling of existing
    engines and all related equipment to be replaced.
    
    Bidders' Conference (Not mandatory):
    A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority was
    held at the Quality Inn located at 61 Cartier Boulevard,
    Rivière-du-Loup, QC, G5R 5Z3 at 1:00 pm, on November 12th 2014.
    
    Boat Viewing (Not mandatory):
    A boat visit will was held immediately after the bidders'
    Conference. The boat is winterized at 84 Cartier Boulevard,
    Rivière-du-Loup, Qc, G5R 2M9.
    
    
    Quantity: One (1) set of two diesel engines and their associated
    components
    
    Delivery date : Equipement must be delivered, installed and
    tested before March 13th, 2014.
    
    Trade agreements :
    The requirement is subjected to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    
    
    This PWGSC office provide procurement services in French and
    English / Ce bureau de TPSGC fournit des services d'achat au
    public dans les deux langues officielles.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
