    Pour le présent marché, la stratégie de sélection du fournisseur sera restreinte à la zone d’origine du navire (Est du Canada) conformément à la politique d’achats en matière de construction et de réparation navale.

    Effectuer les travaux de réparation, incluant la mise en cale sèche, du navire de la Garde côtière canadienne NGCC Martha L. Black, durant la période d’été, conformément aux spécifications techniques de Pêches et Océans Canada - Garde côtière intitulé ; ‘’ NGCC Matha L. Black - Mise en cale sèche 2018 - Extension du Cycle de Vie et Réparations Annuelles‘’ et de tous les dessins et autres documents techniques s’y rattachant.

    Les dispositions de l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC) s’appliquent à ce marché. Ce marché est exclu de l’ALENA [voir chapitre 10, Annexe 1001.2b, alinéa 1 a)] et de l’OMC-AMP (voir Annexes 4 et 5).
