    NOTICE:
    The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy.
    
    DESCRIPTION:
    To carry out the ship maintenance and refit of the Canadian Coast Guard Ships C.C.G.S. Des Groseilliers during the summer and autumn 2018 at section  97 of Queen’s Wharf, at the Canadain Coast Guard base, 101 boul. Champlain, Québec, Qc, G1K 7Y7, in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Requirement attached as Annex A of the call for tender. 
    
    BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):
    A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority was held at 10:00 am, July 13th, 2018. The vessel is moored at the Quai de Reine, 101 boul. Champlain, Québec, Qc, G1K 7Y7.
    
    
    VESSEL’S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):
    A site visit of the ships was held immediately after the bidders’ conference.
    
    
    Work is to commence and be completed as follows:
    
    From the Contract award date up to October 30th, 2018 or 10 weeks after the ship is made available by CCG.
    
    
    This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides procurement services in both official languages of Canada
