SET-ASIDE UNDER THE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESS This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Proc rement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Work of this Contract comprises all the preparatory work requ red for the repair of the wharf located in La Romaine, QC. More precisely, Work to include, without limitation, localized re airs at the surface of the pier concrete deck, localized repairs f the steel sheet piling, placing a steel plate onto the pier con rete deck, placing sand-cement bags to counter the effects of sco ring below the concrete deck slab. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid; MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VER FICATION: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a comp ete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors f the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the idder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Fa lure to comply will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly c mpleted and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Ve ification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals afor mentioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Cons nt Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid b ing declared non-responsive. PERIOD OF WORK The work shall be completed within 6 weeks from the date of notif cation of acceptance of the offer.
