    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada will relocated theoperations of the J.-C Chapais farm to the site of the University Laval farm located at 525 Route 138 in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures. The present work includes the construction of three buildings and site work. The construction includes all the work required to build the following buildings :
    Multifunctionnal building FSA-01 : This building includes all the necessaries rooms needed to ; dry plants, storage, sample preparation room, lockers, offices, treshing grinding room and lunch room. All the mechanical equipments must be provided by the contractor.
    Workshop, wet room, pesticide warehouse FSA-02 : This building includes a new electric entrance, a workshop for mechanical repair, a room for cleaning equipments and a pesticide storage.
    Machinery Warehouse FSA-03 :
    This building will be used to store agricultural equipment.
    
    The construction work also include as well the construction of a new access to the site, a sewer system treatment, outdoor sittings, bituminous pavement, a new electric entrance, a new entrance of drinking water and a new road sign.
    
    SITE VISIT
    There will be an optional site visit on June 20, 2016 at 1:30 pm. Interested bidders are to meet at the Laval University Farm at 525 Route 138, St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, QC. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above before 2:00 pm.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required nameshave not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request thata Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The work is to be completed by March 31 2017.
    
    BUDGET
    The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000 000 $
