IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

DESCRIPTION

The required work is located on the Gilmour Hill, connecting Boulevard Champlain and Avenue Georges V1 in Quebec City. This Hill is under the responsibility of the National Battlefields Commission. Corrective work is aimed at the pavement structure, the shoulder of which, over approximately 40 meters, is non-existent. The addition of a Berliner wall to stop the deterioration of the pavement structure is therefore necessary. The new Berliner wall will be approximately 1.4m from the existing curb and anchored in the sound rock present in the area.

There will be no site visit.

MANDATORY CRITERION AT CLOSING DATE

The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
