    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F5245-211159/A, dated March 01, 2022 with a closing of March 25, 2022 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    1. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Maritimes Sea Turtle Unit has the requirement for the fabrication, supply and delivery of one (1) Customized Landing Craft Vessel and Trailer for the study of Leatherback Sea Turtles. 
    
    2. It is intended to issue one Contract.
    
    3. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 24, 2023.
    
    4. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.
    
    5. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.  
    
    6. Please refer to Part 4, article 4.1.1 Technical Evaluation for the  mandatory evaluation criteria.
    
    7. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
    
    8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
