Military Personnel Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT)

1)	Purpose: 

The purpose of this notice is to update industry on the status
of the Department of National Defence's (DND) MPMCT Project
including, but not limited to, DND's contemplated requirement
for a Solution Integrator (SI) contractor.


2)	MPMCT Project Status: 
On June 17, 2014 the MPMCT Project received approval from
Treasury Board (TB) for its next cycle of work.  However, this
TB approval came with a condition to consider alternate MPMCT
Project implementation approaches. Please note that the MPMCT
Project is currently developing a response to meet this TB
condition. The MPMCT project is re-defining the SI requirement
based on CIOB and TBS guidance with a goal of publishing RFI3
within the spring/summer 2015 timeframe.

When available, Canada contemplates publishing further MPMCT
Project status updates via its Government Electronic Tendering
Service (GETS) found at https://buyandsell.gc.ca.  


3)	Enquiries Regarding the MPMCT Requirement:

Canada has identified multiple individual procurement
requirements under the MPMCT Project.  A separate Contracting
Authority (either DND or PWGSC, as applicable) has been
designated as the procurement lead for each MPMCT Project
procurement requirement. To ensure the integrity of the
procurement process, all enquiries and other communications
regarding each applicable MPMCT Project procurement requirement
must henceforth only be directed to the indicated Contracting
Authority, as follows:
