Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The intent of this document is to publish the findings document with regards to PWGSC’s 5P047-17175117/A -Request for Information - Reservation System. On September 11th 2018, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) published a Letter of Interest (LOI)/Request for Information (RFI) on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) seeking to engage with Industry on behalf of Parks Canada Agency (PCA). As part of that engagement, Participants were asked to provide a written response to questions related to the work to be undertaken. The purpose of the Industry Engagement was threefold: 1) To provide Participants with general information about the requirement; 2) Solicit feedback from Participants about their capability to undertake the requirement; and 3) Consult with Participants on ways to improve the solicitation, refine the procurement strategy and increase accessibility and fairness to all potential suppliers. Participants were encouraged ask questions and provide comments with the objective to receive feedback that may be incorporated into the solicitation document, creating a procurement that is fair and transparent to suppliers, enhances competition, and results in best value to Canada. The publication of this document and resulting Request for Proposal (RFP) effectively concludes the Industry Engagement process. The information gathered through this process was considered when finalizing the procurement strategy and should meet the needs of the Government of Canada and be compatible with Industry standard practices.
