This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 0X001-130408/C dated November 5, 2015 with a closing of December 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

To enter into contracts for the Canada School of Public Service to have access to the Contractor’s content library so that the School can select commercial off the shelf self-paced e-learning and/or video-based learning content to purchase/acquire the rights to access.  

Canada intends to award up to two contracts to establish a Primary and Secondary Contractor. The period of each contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2018.  Each Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one-year period(s) under the same conditions. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
