    The Government Electronic Tendering Service on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade agreements or subject to departmental policies that require public advertising of tenders.
    
    Canada has a requirement for Commercial off the shelf (COTS) two-day workshops on Pre-Retirement Training, which includes the Public Service Pension Plan, for federal public servants and their spouses. The workshop must be provided in English and in French at various locations across the Canada.
     
    The Pre-retirement Training will be offered under the following two registrations:
    Group Registration 
    Registration for a group organized and coordinated by the Departmental coordinators. The workshop is delivered in a facility provided by Canada.  The maximum number of participants including the spouses is 40.
    
    Individual registration: 
    Registration of individual Public Servants including their spouses made and coordinated by the Contractor. The workshop is delivered in a facility provided by Contractor.  The maximum number of participants including the spouses is 40. The workshop should be for a minimumof 20 participants (excluding the spouses).
    
    The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is intended to result in the issuance of one National Master Standing Offer (NMSO).
    
    The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from date of issuancefor a period of one year with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to four additional one-year periods.
    There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
    The requirement is subject to the provisions ofthe North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    The resulting Standing Offer is not to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA). All requirements for delivery within a CLCSA are to be processed individually.
    
    This bid solicitation uses Portable Document Format (PDF) technology. To access the PDF form, bidders must have a PDF reader installed. If bidders do not already have such a reader, there are several PDF readersavailable on the Internet.  It is recommended to use the latest version of PDF reader to benefit all features of the interactive forms.
