This procurement is not subject to the Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s). Requirement: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide the National Recruiting Program (NRP) with psychological suitability evaluations of RCMP Regular Member police applicants across Canada, in French and in English, in accordance with up to date professional psychological standards. Psychological suitability evaluations are required in the following cities: 1. National Capital Region (Ottawa, ON, Gatineau, QC) 2. Montreal, QC 3. Winnipeg, MB 4. Vancouver, BC 5. Regina, SK 6. Fredericton, NB 7. Edmonton, AB 8. Toronto, ON 9. Halifax, NS 10. St Johns, NFLD and 11. Charlottetown, PEI 12. Calgary, AB 13. Quebec, QC 14. Kelowna, BC 15. Prince George, BC or Grande Prairie, AB Canada will award 1 Contract for the 15 cities. Delivery of services will take place in the facility of the Psychologists. The contract(s) period will be for one (1) year with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by 4 periods of one-year each. Please see the Solicitation Documents section below to download the Bid Solicitation document and the Attachments. Technical Bid: This procurement includes 6 Mandatory Technical Criteria (MT). The Phased Bid Compliance Process PBCP applies to this requirement. For more details on the preparation of the Technical Bid and the documentation to submit in order to demonstrate compliance with all MT, please refer to the Bid Solicitation document Part 4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection, Attachment 1 to Part 4 - Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria. Financial Bid: Bidders must submit a financial bid that must contain a Firm All-Inclusive Price per Psychological Suitability Evaluation and a Firm All-Inclusive Price for each of the additional psychological test in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with the Pricing Schedule in Attachment 1 to Part 3 and include it in its financial Bid once completed. Bidders should read the notes to all Bidders in Attachment 1 to Part 3. Please see the Attachments section below to download and complete Attachment 1 to Part 3, Pricing Schedule. Bidders should not wait for the solicitation to close before advising the Contracting Authority of its sponsorship requirement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
