Only Aboriginal TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders currently holding an Aboriginal  TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in Stream 1: Applications Services, A.6 Programmer/Software Developer and A.4 ERP System Analyst Resource Categories, Stream 3: IM/IT Services, I.9 System Administrator Resource Category, and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.

This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB).


Description of the requirement:

This requirement is for the provision of Programmer/Software Developers, ERP System Analysts and System Administrators to provide support services to the GCMS/eServices portfolio on an “as and when requested” basis.

The Bidder must propose a total of 5 resources, one for each of the following categories:

A.6 Programmer/Software Developer (Java), Level 3;
A.4 ERP System Analyst, Level 3;
I.9 System Administrator (Integration), Level 3;
I.9 System Administrator (Network Manager), Level 3; and
I.9 System Administrator (Java), Level 3.
