IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:

NPP amendment 003 is raised to inform all offerors and
interested bidders that Canada hereby closes the perpetual
(permanent) refresh for this TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES (THS) RFSO
solicitation referenced as E60ZN-110002/B effective February 25,
2013 and is hereby replaced by a new RFSO solicitation which is
posted under E60ZN-110002/C.
  
Any bidder that is currently preparing or may have already
submitted for the quarterly refresh period from January 17, 2013
to March 29, 2013 must now update their bid information in
accordance with the instruction and updated terms and conditions
to reflect the most recent integrity provisions as set out in
the new RFSO solicitation accessible on www.merx.com by
referencing in the search solicitation number E60ZN-110002/C.

Any bids submitted to PWGSC under E60ZN-110002/B during the
quarterly refresh for the period of January 17, 2013 to March
29, 2013 will not be evaluated and PWGSC will advise those
bidders accordingly.
