The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the furnishing of all cleaning materials, labour, tools, equipment, supervision, travel and profit, required to provide complete janitorial services for the various buildings located at 5 CDSB Gagetown, New Brunswick, All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification Number L-G2-9900/1917 forming part of the bid document. The Service Contract is required for the period of July 01, 2024 to June 30, 2025 with an option to extend for two additional one year periods. It is optional, but strongly recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on April 10, 2024. To attend the site visit Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00pm on April 9, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
