PWGSC, on behalf of the Environment and Climate Change Canada Department (ECCC), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the services of an operational team for the operation and maintenance of the building and minor repairs to it, while maintaining all operational, computer, development, research and administrative activities of the Meteorological Service of Canada (MSC) at Dorval, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work
