AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 30, 2024 at 14:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Canadian Firearms Program (CFP) is seeking he services of an organization (the “Contractor”) with experience in delivering major projects and expertise in supporting the development and implementation of digital solutions and supporting technologies related to the digitalization of client-facing services. The Contractor will bring knowledge, capabilities, and experience to deliver production-ready components in support of the implementation of a functional system for the RCMP’s Canadian Firearms Digital Services Solution (CFDSS) project. Only TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation in the National Capital Region (NCR) Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The requirement is intended to result in the award of 1 contract for 2 years plus 1 one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
