PWGSC, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the upgrading and replacement the video surveillance system at the Port of Cap-aux-Meules, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Québec, as detailed in Annex A.
