Description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 31, 2025 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide the maintenance services of the elevating devices and must furnish all necessary tools, equipment, materials, travel, and labor to maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or upgrades, repair, and service as mentioned within the Statement of Work attached herein at Annex E. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) at the Booth building located at 165 Sparks St in Ottawa. A mandatory site visit will be held at Booth building on January 8, 2025 at 10:00AM EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 6, 2025 at 14:00PM EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) who will attend.
