    Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc5563017478 dated February 17, 2026 with a closing of March 4, 2026 at 2 pm ET.
    The Canadian Forces College (CFC) requires a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install a patio tent designed to fit the existing space of 18 feet by 84 feet. The requirement also includes optional services for off-season storage, cleaning, seasonal setup and takedown of the patio tent, and extended warranty for two (2) years.
    This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian, and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
    Solicitation amendment 001 is raised to answer bidder’s questions.
    Solicitation amendment 002 is raised to extend the posting period to May 26, 2026.
