    Description

    Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is seeking to increase its document storage and management capacity and, in doing so, requires the services of private sector Contractors to provide Document Storage, Information Retrieval Services and Document Destruction Services across Canada.

    Canada is seeking to establish a contract for secured document storage and destruction services for seven (7) years including all options.

    There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and Appendix “G”. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, bidders should refer to the Contracting Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada Security requirements for contracting with the Government of Canada.

    The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
