Construction of a new sentry box at Environment Canada's National Wildlife Area of Cap Tourmente , St-Joachim (QC)

MANDATE
Construction of a new sentry box at the National Wildlife Area in Cap Tourmente. The work covers the necessary disciplines for their accomplishments such as the plans and specification. More specifically, the work includes, but is not limited to; 

.1Organizing the work site according to all items in division 01 of the specifications
.2Constructing a new sentry box on a concrete slab
.3Installing an electrical barrier
.4Connecting the new building to existing electrical, computer, telephone and banking systems 
.5Performing electrical work and constructing built-in furniture in accordance with the plans 
.6Keeping the work site clean at all times

The construction work must be completed by December 19, 2014. 

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
All contractors intending to bid are requested to attend the mandatory site examination meeting. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site, examine the drawings and discuss projects details. All contractors attending the site visit will need to present photo identification at the front desk. The site visit will be held at the following date and location, as stated below:

Interested bidders are invited to meet at the site visit on: September 30 2014 a 09h00 local time
