Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a contractor to perform repairs to various marine structures situated along the perimeter of Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia. The term of this contract is expected to be for 3 months and the contract value is not expected to exceed $600K, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the ITT document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on May 20, 2015. It is mandatory that the tenderer visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on April 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM PDT. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
