Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to

 CORCAN Construction should perform the cutting, adjusting and finishing. Remove or replace defective or nonconforming elements. Manage openings in the no carriers’ elements of the work for the crossing of the mechanic and electric installations. Deliver the work with new products. Adjust the work in order to be waterproof around the pipelines, muffs, air pipes, electric channels and other crossing elements. Completely obstruct the void around the openings with a firewall material that covers the whole thickness of the crossing element. Finish the surfaces in order to ensure a consistency with the coverings of adjacent finish. Hide the pipelines, air pipes and the cabling in the walls, the ceilings and the floorings of the rooms and finished areas.
