DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK
Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to:
- Mobilize to site with a work barge of appropriate size and certification;
- Fabricate and supply one steel jig for use in pier;
- Install new drilled steel pier;
- Install one new CCG supplied ATON (Aid to Navigation) tower on this pier;
- Salvage existing ATON tower complete with all appurtenances;
- Demolish and dispose of existing abandoned pier;
- Return the salvaged existing ATON tower to Coast Guard base located in Parry Sound;
- Demobilize.
The following work will be undertaken by others and is excluded:
- Supply one ATON tower;
- Supply and install lantern, battery and solar panel onto new ATON tower.
Expected Start and Completion Dates
The services of the Contractor will be commencing on award of the contract. The expected completion date of this project is October 31, 2017.
