    Description:

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Contractor to update the existing master plan and to develop the 2017 Master Plan which will include a 5 year and 20 year plan for: Depot Campus Plan, Depot Landscape Plan, and The Police Dog Service Training Centre (PDSTC) Plan and PDSTC Landscape Plan, as well as an interior space use analysis to help define the best long term use for existing buildings within the core of Depot.

    The contract period will be for four (4) months from the date of contract award.

    Security Requirement:

    The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.

    Optional Site Visit

    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit, refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.
