Kantech Global Edition Access Card System Integration with Alarm System

Description
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has been running Kantech access card system and DSC intrusion alarm system independently of each other with the alarm system being monitored by an outside service provider. The CRA needs to integrate the two systems and have the monitoring of the alarm systems done internally through the access card system.
This integration will allow CRA to do the monitoring internally. The integration are for the following regions across Canada: Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, Prairies, Pacific, and National Capital Region (Headquarters (HQ)).
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the provision of:
Kantech KT-4401 Panels and programming.
The period of any resulting contract is for a period of three (3) years from contract award with 3 weeks from start to finish for each site. The contract will include a 1 year option to extend the period of the contract and options to add any additional panels/sites as needed.
There is a security requirement.
