SOLICITATION Number: 19-143328 – Annex Fit-Up CSDP Space, Mexico City, Mexico
Requirement
Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is seeking services of a contractor to fit up a section of office space where GAC will install (24) new workstations. GAC is seeking proposals from design/build contractor who will be responsible to work with the project team in Canada as well as the Embassy staff to create a set of construction drawings based on GAC’s requirements, and then complete the work based on the approved construction drawings.
SITE VISIT: There will be a mandatory site visit September 20th 2018. Global Affairs Canada will not reimburse travel expenses for bidders to attend the site visit. Please confirm your attendance five (5) calendar days ahead with the Contracting Authority: Dale Rudderham, by email at dale.rudderham@international.gc.ca.
INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Dale Rudderham, by email at dale.rudderham@international.gc.ca.
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than ten (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) web site at https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available on the GETS web site. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
