STATEMENT OF WORK

Project Title: Facade Lighting at the Canadian Embassy in France in Paris

Background: The Department of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) provides office space and official residences for secure diplomatic facilities at embassies around the world. Within AMC, the Directorate General for Goods (ARD) provides all project management services for new construction, rental and / or renovation of existing buildings.

Project Description: Supply and installation of street front lighting fixtures, yard 1 and yard 2 including: 

  1. Supply and installation of lighting fixture supports for court 1 in black thermos-coated, galvanised steel.
  2. Supply and installation of the lighting products as described in the technical documents listed below
  3. Supply of the CBX-ST control boxes as described in the technical documents and installation as follows:
    1. below the raised floors on levels 2 to 5 (façade lighting on street, yard 1 and 3)
    2. above the suspended ceiling for ground level, level 1 and 6 (street front lighting, courtyard 1 and 3)
  4. Supply and install of electrical power cables between lighting units and CBX (jumper and leader cable)
  5. Supply and install of Belden 9842 DMX cabling between CBX and lighting controller
  6. Supply and install pushbutton box in the building control location RC-10
  7. Provide 230V power supply for CBX-ST control boxes from a dedicated entry in the electrical distribution panels and 48V DC for the lighting controller.
