SEE ADDENDUM NO.1 ATTACHED
.1 Work of this contract comprises of the demolition of an existing building and concrete
pad, including associated electrical services, and the supply and installation of a new
concrete pad and electrical services to an owner supplied building. Contractor to
transport and install owner supplied building. This site is located in La Haye Point, NL.
.2 Refer to the full set of contract specifications and drawings for the full scope of this
project.
.3 Abatement, proper disposal of hazardous materials, and lead paint remediation are part
of this contract and shall be completed as required to facilitate the work to be completed.
Lead paint remediation shall be done in accordance with Provincial standards. Refer to
attached appendices for full scope of hazardous material work.
.4 Contractor is required to transport the owner supplied enclosure from Bishop’s Falls, NL
to site, and install as indicated. Transportation to be in accordance with Provincial
Regulations.
The La Haye Point Light Station is located on the point of St. Mary's Bay approx. 4 km. southwest of the community of St. Mary's, along the southern shore of the Avalon Peninsula.
