    Description
    1. Requirement:

    The purpose of this project is for the construction renovations of an existing lab.

    1. Mandatory Site Visit:

    There will be a site visit on February 1, 2019 at 10:00 am EST. Interested bidders are to meet at Tunney’s Pasture, 51 Chardon Driveway, Bldg. 17, Room 2A located in the Occupational Health Unit. Paid parking is available on Eglantine Driveway or the Visitor’s lot off of Eglantine Driveway.

    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

    Security pre-screening: The names of each individual attending the site visit, along with the name of the firm they represent, should be provided to the Contracting Authority by January 30, 2019 EST in order to gain access to the site.

     Safety Attire – In order to be guaranteed access to the site all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

    Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than 5 business days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    4.5 RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

    4.6 The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
