The Department of Transport has a requirement to access web-based, real-time access to Canadian vehicle registration and ownership data to support its claim review process for both the Incentive for Zero Emission Vehicles (iZEV) and Incentive for Medium and Heavy-duty Zero Emission Vehicles (iMHZEV) programs.
