Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) - W8485-184741/D

This Supply Arrangement (SA) has been established in 2018 on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), Director General Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM), Directorate of Aerospace Procurement (DAP), to acquire Aviation Replacement Parts for the following aircraft fleets and end users:

Globemaster III (DAP 4), Buffalo (DAP 4), Twin Otter (DAP 4), Tutor (DAP 5), Aurora (DAP 6) and Chinook (DAP 8).

The purpose of this Notice of Proposed Procurement is:

1.  Qualification #4:  Allow more suppliers to submit bids to become pre-qualified suppliers for this SA.

2.  Add, to the above aircrafts and end users, the following:

a) Add one (1) aircraft fleet CT-142 Dash-8

b) Add two (2) new end users:

- 402 Squadron located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, responsible for the aforementioned fleet;
- DAP 2, responsible to procure various parts

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT HOLDERS
The SA Holders (listed in this NPP) are not required to submit a new arrangement UNLESS they would like to:

a) Qualify for the new aircraft fleet CT142 DASH-8; 
b) Add aircraft fleets on their SA; and/or
c) Withdraw their company from one or all categories they are qualified.
