Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) - Revision 002

The purpose of revision 002 is to modify Annex B - Attachment B1.  Mandatory Technical Criteria, Mandatory Criteria #3 - Controlled Goods Program and confirm that certificate delivered by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to United States suppliers will be consider as an equivalent of the Controlled Goods Program for this RFSA.
