RFSA Amdt 001 is raised to extend the closing date to 6 July 2022 and to add the CC130H fleet. 

Only one technical submission is required to apply to become a prequalified supplier for both the H & J models.  

Note: If a bid was already submitted for Expansion E to become a pre qualified supplier on the CC130J, the CC130H will be automatically included ( if bid is deemed compliant), therefore a revised bid is not required to incorporate the H model.

This Supply Arrangement (SA) has been established in 2018 on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), Director General Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM), Directorate of Aerospace Procurement (DAP), to acquire Aviation Replacement Parts for the following aircraft fleets and end users:
Globemaster III (DAP 4)
Buffalo (DAP 4)
Twin Otter (DAP 4)
Tutor (DAP 5)
Aurora (DAP 6)
Chinook (DAP 8)
CT-142 Dash-8 (402 Squadron)

QUALIFICATION #5

1. The purpose of this Notice of Proposed Procurement is to add the Hercules (CC130J & CC130H) aircraft fleets  to the above list. 
2. Allow more suppliers to become pre-qualified suppliers for this SA.

Notice to SA Holders (Already Qualified Suppliers): SA Holders listed below are NOT required to submit a new offer unless they would like to.
 a) Qualify for the Hercules fleet;
 b) Add aircraft fleets on their SA; and/or
 c) Withdraw their company from one or all categories they are qualified.
