    This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services
    Canada (PWGSC) - Chief Information Officer (CIO) Branch
    
    Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2,
    in one or all Workstreams and in the National Capital Region
    under the EN578-055605 series of Supply Arrangements (SAs) are
    eligible to compete.  The TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-055605
    is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid
    solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any
    express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.
    
    Description of requirement	
    
    The CIO Branch of PWGSC provides technical expertise on
    Infrastructure, Architecture and Database support, as well as
    Custom development, Roles and Authorizations, System security,
    Quality assurance and Service management of all Enterprise
    Resource Planning (ERP) solutions maintained by PWGSC.
    Consequently, the Contractor will provide professional services
    and related deliverables to CIO Branch technical managers and
    their staff involved in the development, support and maintenance
    of software applications on behalf of their clients at
    Information Technology Services (ITS) Directorates.

    Proposed period of contract
    
    Workstream 1 - It is intended to result in the award of three
    (3) contracts, each for two (2) years plus three (3) one-year
    irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the
    contracts.
    Workstream 2 - It is intended to result in the award of one (1)
    contract, for two (2) years plus three (3) one-year irrevocable
    options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
