Information to Bidders

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EP168-172747/A dated 2017/08/03 with a closing of 2017/09/12 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Requirement
The Contractor must supply the labour, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for a
Program of inspection, maintenance, and repair of three generator sets and their transfer switches in
accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein at Annex A.  

This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and is located at the Timiskaming, Latchford and Big Chaudière Dams.

Period of the Contract
The period of the contract(s) shall be for three (3) years with three (3) additional one-year option periods.  

Basis of Selection
The Crown will issue a contract to the Bidder meeting all mandatory criteria and with the lowest evaluated price.
