Description
Trade Agreement: Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)/FTA with UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: PROJECT SERVICES FOR OFFICE FIT-UPS AND LIGHT BASE BUILDING WORK EP008-212103/A Beauchamp, Laura Telephone No. - (613) 736-2983 ( ) Fax No. - ( ) - ( ) PSPC is creating this supply arrangement to support GCworkplace fit-up standard compliant projects in crown-owned assets in the National Capital Region (NCR). It integrates project-based services in one tool where PSPC’s contractor manages, coordinates, and executes all design and construction work. More specifically, PSPC completes the functional program for the space to be fit-up, with the functional program forming the basis of the contractor’s work. After this, the contractor completes the detailed design, based on PSPC’s preliminary concept plans, and then implements construction. The contractor’s scope of work consists of construction of the interior space, base building systems connections, and base building improvements, where they are required, and the supply and installation of furniture. Additionally, the contractor will provide relocation services, should they be needed for the particular project. This supply arrangement will be for fit-up projects with a total estimated value (including all amendments and taxes) of at least $1M but less than $75M. Based on planning analysis, the potential volume of space modernization work that could be delivered through this Supply Arrangement procurement is estimated to average between 20,000 and 50,000 m2 per year, starting in 2022 through to 2026. This work has an estimated value of $60M - $150M per year. Notwithstanding the stated anticipatory work volume, the actual volume of space modernization work that will be delivered through this supply arrangement is not yet defined and is dependent on a number of factors. Interested and qualified firms are encouraged to respond to this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA). PSPC’s intention is to qualify firms for one or both of the supply arrangement lists to be established. The first list is for work estimated to be valued up to $20M and the second is for work from greater than $20M to less than $75M. Firms will be added to the respective lists for which they are interested and deemed qualified as a result of the RFSA evaluation process, and thereafter will be able to compete to provide the services for specific projects as they arise. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
