Nature of Requirements: 

Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of aircraft refueling, de-fueling and ground handling services at various locations outside of Canada. Fuel supplied must be in accordance with one of the industry standards listed in the solicitationdocuments.

Refueling and ground handling service to be provided on an “as and when requested” basis for an initial supply period of one year, from issuance of standing offer to September 30, 2017, with two optional supply periods of one year each to extend the standing offer.
